Although February 14 is Valentine’s Day, the entire month of February is Valentines month on the North Fork. And on top of this we now have our Winterfest Jazz on the Vine where most of the wineries or offering terrific live music at their venues. When we first opened we decorated our Valentine table with pink and white “sweetheart” candies. It didn’t take long for us to realize that our real life sweethearts were passing them back and forth to each other, picking out the special messages that were most meaningful to them, so we have used them on our Valentine’s table ever since.
